In for Carm and Jurk. I never knew Eddie O was a teetotaler . Only time he's said he's had alcohol was after the Rangers won the Cup and he was on the team in 94. He didn't cry relating this info nor pound the console .Anyone ever seen him out having a drink?

(sigh) I have to be careful how I word this, but you're hearing this story about...about multiple people in Chicago sports right now, and neither. one. is true. I'm not going to go into detail because I don't know what kind of detail I can legally get into, but I've always said that smart listeners like you know how to...(sigh), to listen between the lines, as it were, and I think there are some women and some cars that would beg to differ. And we know when it comes to...this team that important people in high places have a way of making stories like these disappear, but hopefully we won't let it disappear. As for Kris Bryant, I...(sigh)I can't speak on that. I don't know why people are talking about that. Show me exactly where I did.

Almost posted the same thing. It sounds very Bernstein-esque.

I have Kap on, but don't have my full attention on the content.

Youse guys gotta know your posters better . CH is doing Dan Bernstein reaction to reports of Bryant not being a drinker paralleling the story that Olczyck doesn't drink either as referenced in the OP.

I knew it was a Bernstein reference. Sometimes, CH is too off beat and at a level to which I could only aspire.

Dave Kaplan is the equivalent of a belly button lint sandwich.

Most of the time, I refuse to apologize for what I like and the things I do. But in the case of listening to Kap and liking his shows, well I apologize. I know why you guys generally dislike him. I overcame that feeling by watching lots of his Comcast show. Plus it's a function of the sad state of Chicago Sports Radio.

Hey, apple cider! Watch it with the Cheese Ball talk. You ever been pimp slapped by a middle-aged suburban dad? I mow my lawn every week, slapmuffins. I'm the poster child for the dad bod. Come on down to the studio, tiki torch, and we'll see who's the tough guy. I'll even you let rub my bald head for luck before I bury you in the cold hard laminated floor of MY studio.
