Kap is big-time Bears fan, bro, and he's mad. He had what sounded like a pre-recorded rant about the Bears that he has played at least twice today. I tuned back in a few minutes ago and he's now arguing with S&W about John Fox. Kap thinks Fox is here just to cash a check and doesn't give a damn whether he wins or loses. His anger/outrage/hot take sounds very forced. |

On today's show,Kap is angry about Heyward starting in the next two games. Kap keeps repeating the mantra: "great defender,great on the basepaths,great guy in the clubhouse but his hitting is killing us." Hard to argue with that but some are calling in to argue. One thing that really bothers me about Heyward,with that great speed the drag bunt should be his best friend! An extra 10-20 hits a year with the bunt could do wonders on his BA and confidence. It also would open up hitting lanes when the cornermen move in. Just my 2 cents. |

I'm going to swing by his condo after I get off the air, drop off a new pillow, some Lou's, and a nice Verdi from my friends at Binny's, and we'll see if we can help get the big guy's head right.
