I'm watching Nashville play at Gwinnett tonight in a 2/3 empty minor league park. Nashville has Hernan Perez playing CF and batting cleanup. Amazingly Perez hit a home run and some journeyman named Zach Green hit and a grand slam, so they are in the lead 6-4 against the Gwinnett expansion roster candidates (Jason Kipnis, Johan Camargo, Johnathan Lucroy, Phillip Evans and Yolmer Sanchez).

After last night, the Brewers have now used 49 players on the active roster and that may go up as last nights starter is going on the I.L.

Oh, I never posted that Nashville managed to blow that game twice, once in the 9th and once in the 10th, thanks to some atrocious infield defense (including Hiura letting a low throw get by him at 1st in the 10th) and some really poor baserunning.
