It's just funny that Matt Spiegel, like him or not, has the most recent and sustained ratings success of any other host in the daytime lineup, and he is stuck getting fill-in work while the station's ratings as a whole are in the tank. So what does the station do? They hire a radio novice to appease wokescolds on twitter. What a world.

Funny to me how women's advocate Julie dicaro has not said a thing on Twitter to congratulate her or the station. Guess it had to be her for it to count as helping to solve her issue of a lack of representation. Maybe now it's all about focusing on Adam schefter jokes.

If you can't see how her hiring was at least somewhat influenced by the circumstances under which the station "had" to fire their afternoon host, I don't know what to tell you.

sounds like Murph's story on the score. He pulled in the best ratings but since he didnt want to hang out with the 'cool kids' he got shafted.
