She hasn't been there the last two days. I don't dislike her, but the show flows better without her. The awkwardness of her not getting one of Dan's references or Dan not having much of a reaction to something she says is not there, which to my ears makes the show better. IMO she doesn't add anything that is missed when she's not there.
