These are good questions, but I think you're focusing on the wrong area. I didn't see the hand gesture, and I'm not offering any opinion on whether or not it was racist, but the Cubs are not the government: they don't owe you a right to free speech, they don't owe you a right to due process, and they can exclude you from their property for virtually any reason. Unless of course they are excluding someone solely because of their race, national origin, etc. The bottom line is that if the Cubs want to get rid of him, they can get rid of him.

Fine. I understand that.

But I want Crane Kenny to ban Bernstein for his sexist tweet. If he doesn't, it means that the Cubs hate women and support sexism.

You’ve got a 50,000 watt radio station , a major sports teams corporate structure and thousands “outraged” people on social media looking for this guy to dox him. . College kids. No big deal . WSCR usually lets something like this dominate their programming. Every time I flipped on AM1000 today they were talking about something other than this.

Years ago, when I served my time on the floor, my future wife would get mildly irritated with me when I used the hand singles instead of words as it was just so ingrained that it was natural.
