I don't know what either of those clowns think about the draft, it doesn't matter though, it's irrelevant.. Both are too soft to challenge Pace or tear him apart on getting assbanged by a rookie GM.

Dan has already said everything is fine between Fox and Pace and Glennon is fine with everything. Fox was not blindsided by anything.

On now, Pace says there WAS a point at which he would not have traded up for (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky, but that price point wasn't met.

Yeah but Bernstein had to lead him there. At first he said he would've given up 20 draft picks if necessary.

Gotta give Bernstein credit for hammering Pace on the timetable. "Mike Glennon won't be the QB when this team wins the Super Bowl, right?" That got Pace fumbling.

Pace said he knew of the tweets from the TE, and he talked about them with him.

Of course that's bullshit. Why didn't Shaheen delete the tweets before the rest of the world found out?

It was a decent interview. Asked decent questions, didn't get much out of Pace though. Confirms my suspicions that Pace fell in love with (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky after signing Glennon.

I don't know why he didn't delete them. But I will say this: If he DID delete them as he entered into the combine, and someone had found them and screen-shot them beforehand, are people more or less likely to believe him when he says it was an inside joke with no racial animus?

They were't deleted before the draft, I know for a fact.

I just listened to the Pace interview. B&G did a good job. Pace avoided answering some questions. He's good at doing that. But I guess you have to be that way if you're a GM.

Bernsie did alright. Goff, not so much. His usual rambling was relatively subdued, but his loud, laughing attempts to yuck it up are awkward, embarrassing, but most of all ineffective from an interviewing point of view--saying "there it is," "there it is"--does absolutely nothing. It leaves the guest confused or annoyed or both.

Say what you will about Spiegel or LoHo but they both would have done s better, more professional Q&A. And Parkins definitely would have done better.

Yeah. Goff is always gonna laugh like a maniac. Even in interviews. He's also a "Yuck it up" type of guy with guests like you said. That's what he is. We have to accept that. He's not gonna change. But I thought he asked some good questions around that shit.

I thought both were fine for both interviews.
