How will they handle it? Different then Kane for the following reasons. 1. Russell is brown so Goff will give him the benefit of the doubt. 2. Theo is Jewish so Bernstein will give Russell the benefit of the doubt. Because Theo only gets high character guys. With the exception of Chapman. But that was only a rental. Doesn't count. 3. Mike Schmidt is still a racist. That's the real issue in sports anyway. |

Bernstein says "THE CUBS NEED TO WIN THE PRESS RELEASE" on this Russell situation. That's the most important thing. It's all about tone. Bernstein is confident that Theo and his army of REALLY SMART PEOPLE will win the press release. We all await. This is bigger then game 7 of the World Series. |
