Then on top of that Barry has the gall to have a Terry voicemail moment where he relates a story from spring training where a guy in the know said the Cubs would "keep their powder dry this season". He wondered aloud if Theo didn't have as high of expectations for this team. This went on for 20 plus minutes. The Cubs apology tour continues today.
