These parents are like, "oh, I can't afford Sox tickets, oh, I can't afford utilities, how will I afford my kid's college?" Well, your kid probably isn't going to college because getting into college is harder than ever and if you're his parent he's dumb anyway. But why wouldn't you even consider your child's name as a revenue stream? This. Is about. Something. Bigger. Than.your.self. You don't want to explore that kind of monetization? Fine. But don't cry about not having enough money. Explore the marketplace. Assess all options. |

Not that I would know, but I wouldn't think Jace and Zoe are normal names. And for them to go off on parents for odd names seems strange to me. But they're both very self unaware people. And I'm not saying Jace and Zoe are bad names. I don't have an opinion either way. I don't give a shit what parents name their kids. But B&G care. Zoe is a jewish name so the non practicing Bernstein's can claim their relation to the community should it be necessary. Jayce is most likely short for Jason |

I looked it up and it said it was a Greek word/name. The Hebrew angle was Eve became Zoe? I missed that part in school. |

I read an article a while ago that discussed bad baby names. Two that stuck in my mind: Some dope named his two boys "Winner" and "Loser". Turns out Winner was a bust and ended up in jail, whereas Loser became "Lou" and was successful. A new mother liked the name Tempest, but misspelled it and named her daughter "Temptress." |
