Turned on around 4pm and heard a "new" segment debut. In Other News is funny, interesting, stories from all around. Jason goes first, and goes into a summer league story, which he said he waited from an earlier segment to bring it up. Meanwhile, Dan talks about a pro golf ball diver and a crocodile. Someone missed the point of the segment, I guess? But yeah, this show IS NBA heavy. Oy.

is that a thing? Carolla has Germany or Florida (it's usually Florida, unless it isn't );which I think he had back on his radio show; so it pre-dates the bath salts face-eater; which was the tipping point for Florida's reputation as our nation's default open-air, unregulated insane asylum.

With the cubs struggles they won't get the ratings bump they got earlier in year maybe? I have a hard time with this show as when I tried to listen it was all NBA playoffs and I'm just at a lull in my NBA interest.
