I'm looking forward to some great political talk today. The NBA schedule was just released, so it will be exciting hearing Dan and Jason break down the best matchups the Warriors and Cavs will run into throughout the season.

Oh, and I think the Cubs season is still going on, right?

Did I hear right that the Bulls have only one national TV matchup this year, and that's so they can be beaten like a drum by the T-Wolves?

My following of the NBA is what I read here and what little I hear before I can reach over and PTFB on either 670 or ESPN Radio. But it seems like this is a significant loss of prestige for Jerry.

But the TNT Thursday night streak will remain intact this year, but only because they don't have any TNT games on the schedule. :(

To be honest I'll be a little busy then but I will try the Heculean task of cleaning the Augean stables and still somehow try to follow along to what's being said on the show in a thread dedicated to commenting on what's being said on the show .

I find it hard to believe that with the NBA's inventory of national telecasts, they'll only find one for Chicago. Golden State got more than one shot a year when they were terrible. They'll get flexed in somewhere.

For the last 7 years I've eagerly anticipated/scheduled my lunch around listening to transition at 1 pm. Occasionally with B&B I'd find a podcast of a fun segment. With B&G not only am I not finding a podcast for any segment, but I've PTFB early on transition and gone on to something else. I can't recall doing it two days in a row like I did yesterday and today. Goff is becoming absolutely grating to listen to (and we all know his partner is a parody of himself when it comes to the faux concerned/deep breath voice that he makes).

Serious question: Could Goff go more than a segment without mentioning Twitter?

Is Goff stupid or just that ignorant of Cubs history?He can shove his racist shit. For years the Cubs had just two retired numbers flying from the poles, Banks and Williams. Try to find me another pro franchise that had never retired a white guy's number but had no problem with two black guys getting the honor. Nobody ever said boo about it because both players were loved by the fandom. Of course recently,the Santo jersey thing took center stage.

Like I've said, you would think it's a bit. But it's not. Goff is, stupid, insane, disturbed, delusional and a racist himself.

You notice how much more of these stupid RACE comments we get now? Way more than with Spiegel. And when he was a producer, we never got this type of shit.

I'll answer Jason's question. Jason Heyward was batting .200 for most of the season last year. He's black. He pretty much played every day. And Schwarber is getting benched against 95% of the lefties. He's a platoon player, Jason. You dumb ass. THE CRACKER IS BEING PUNISHED FOR LACK OF PRODUCTION

Also, Schwarber slugs better than Heyward did last year. He'll get you some HRs. Heyward's rare hits last year were mostly singles.

The Heyward comparison is not perfect because the contract situation. A better example is another struggling prospect who happens to be black. Byron Buxton. He was sent down, like Schwarber and has around the same number of AB's
