B&G, but mainly Goff, are talking about how they can't believe the behavior of men in sports media towards women.

I remember an episode of NBC's SportsSunday years ago when both Creepy Leery and Goff joined Paula Farris on the show. They were both awkwardly eyeballing her and as the went to a commercial break Paula was looking at the screen of her laptop while Goff, standing behind her, was acting like he was also looking at the laptop screen but was clearly trying to look down her shirt.

While they were on TV.

Real smooth, dummy.

Let's also not forget that Bernstein was commenting about how he loved Megan Glaros's big boobs. She was a co worker at the time. Both were in the CBS Chicago division.

Somebody call Bernstein and remind him of this. But he'll hit the dump button.

We know about the twitter boobs thing with Bernstein.

But I always want to bring up the Megan Glaros thing, especially when Dan goes off on this topic, because nothing happened with that and that was a co worker. And I commented at the time about how wrong and disgusting it was. It was like 5 or 6 years ago.

So guess what? Beardown was civilized and evolved long before Dan Bernstein. Who would have guessed that?

I know we want to play gotcha, but there is nothing wrong with men talking about the looks of women celebrities on air or privately about the looks of coworkers. When you're locking doors, assaulting, raping, intimidating, putting your dick on their shoulders or firiing women who won't play ball it is different.

I know it's not remotely comparable to the things Sapp and McNabb did and as DT pointed out Dan's comments above may not even be factually incorrect, but I posted that more in response to them talking about saying inappropriate things about women and/or about female coworkers.

I just heard Dan say that he never dated a Jewish woman in any of the small markets he worked in because he did not want to risk falling in love, marrying her, and never leaving the small town. So, he only considered marrying a Jewish woman, which largely precludes women of color and certain other races.

Goff made a joke about him being racist (not using that word), and they both sort of laughed. Goff’s joke aluded to the Hawks player that said he wouldn’t date women of color, which was considered racist at the time.

I heard that too. I guess you like what you like. It was definitely shallow but most of us probably are when it comes to a mate. I wouldn't date a fat girl or sleep with one. I've thought MANY were cute to gorgeous but it isn't my thing. I used to try to friend zone them as quickly as possible.

So Dan couldn't convince a Rockford girl to move 50 miles to Chicago?

I think that's just Dan not being able to get a girl and using that as an excuse. You really think this was going through his mind at DUKE? That he had to wait until he got back to Chicago to fall in love?

And trust me, if a Megan Glaros type took an interest in Dan, it wouldn't matter to him that she wasn't Jewish. Ya know, cuz of the BIG BOOBS. Once Dan realized he wasn't getting those types, that's when he hunted the Jewish girls. And he got one. Good for him.

But he has said that he would only marry a Jewish girl on a few occasions. Which is weird because he also says he's not that religious. So it had to be to please Mom and Dad. And because he's racist. He thinks Jews are superior and didn't want his kids to be part gentile. And no way Dan was ever gonna date blacks or Mexicans.

Well, fat cuts across all races. Plus, IIRC, B&G called out the Hawks player for stating he wouldn’t date women of color. Dan basically did the same thing.

This entire spastic movement is just the epitome of 21st century stupidity and the need to make everything black and white, while failing in the process. Listening to my grandmother's take on all of this was quite eye opening. There used to be a native intelligence with people that we have just lost. Women like her were so much stronger than the women we produce now. They were stronger than a lot of the men we produce now.
