The difference between Herron and Goff is night and day. Herron sounds like a professional and Goff...does not. Dan has already said "subconussive hits" once and if he keeps saying it he is going to force me to PTFB and not enjoy Herron co-hosting today. |

No Goff I’ll listen. Goff is a no talent, thin skinned bum. That said he’s smart enough to know when his black ass is going to be fired so he is burning up that vacation and sick time. The p.o.s. sees the writing on the wall. Going forward once that bum Goff is canned, Mac and Bernstein would be great. Mac would keep some of Bernstein’s elitist nonsense in check and Bernstein would hopefully keep Mac and the dumb ass gambling, hockey and self pity segments to a minimum. |

Agreed about Mac and Bernsie. IMO that would be a ratings $$$$$$$. There is a reason that shows that copied crossfire work, people want to hear both sides. Its everywhere. I despise First Take because not a fan of Steven A Smith, I despise the new one on FS1 with Shannon and Skip because I despise Skip, but they have staying power. Look at the 5 on Fox, 4 conservatives and 1 liberal, Bill Maher exact same format but reverse ideology. Herron is very good on the radio, incredibly smooth and well versed. Him along with Bernstein is an upgrade. Again, do people tune in to hear two people agree with each other? No, it makes for boring predictable radio. If Bernsie was a huge right wing guy and so was Goff the problem would be the same. Differing opinions and perspectives makes for better TV/radio. |

I tuned in just as this was happening so I might have missed a detail or two, but I think it was something like this: A reporter asked Fletcher Cox about his favorite Super Bowl memories and Cox said he doesn't watch sports.
