I thought it was fun early on but towards the end it wasn’t so much fir me. I don’t know, kind of echoes my feelings about the show.

Like doing a poster tournament, the fun is in the reveal and the first round matches. After that, it's a chore and peters out. But as we've said, the funniest joke to come out of the Tournament of Bad was "People Who Say They Can't Find Work" winning just before the banks collapsed in 2008.

It wasn't so much the tournament itself so much as what it represented. It represented that the show liked to have fun. It's why Friday Fung, Quote of the Year, etc. were so enjoyable. Those days are long gone though. Now it's snooze radio.

It was not good well before that, Paterno was roughly the crossing point into mediocrity, and then once Terry was off for long stretches, it was really not worth listening to at all.
