No tranistion, and perhaps no first half-hour of B&G, so Parkins is staying late and let Shep, B-Mac, Tanny, and whomever else was doing updates turn on the mics in the studio and just riff, it has been the best 30 minutes of radio I've heard on this station in a long time. Topics have included stories of Spiegel being a bag (taking notes on the conversations people were having at a National Championship viewing party), Terry wandering off during remotes, Dan lecturing Parkins on not taking photos at the charity event with a drink in his hand, and at the beginning when they were discussing the remote issues, the guys let it out that Bernstein is a HUGE jagoff when these issues happen.

That's weird.

Why was he doing that?

No idea, they didn't expand on it, but the context was a watch-party at Jason's place back when Jason was still producing for B&B, and Matt brought his laptop and was typing away, then a producer got a look at the screen and it was all the stuff they had been talking about.

Maybe Matt's theatre aspirations flared up again and he was turning their dialogue into a one-act play.

That picture with the drink in his hand may ruin an aspiring career in politics.

I'm sure DB would approve if Parkins was walking around with a bottle Cameron Hughes wine

They said mainly the producers would find Terry just chatting with people, usually older folks that might be understanding of The Old Country Ways. Tanny said once in Kankakee at a remote at a restaurant Terry was found talking to a gaggle of old women at a table, and as soon as he was corralled back to the set they all left.

Jesus Christ, Spiegel is weird. Wonder if he’ll respond on air to that.

Is this in a podcast? Sounds cool.

Nah looks like none of it made it to the S&P podcast, and there are no B&G podcasts up for today.

that really was a lot of fun, should be done more often somehow. Like the TA's taking on the professors when they're not in class.

I agree. I normally don't listen that early, but it was entertaining. But of course, it was ruined once B&G came on and were making fun of all the white people at the golf show for how they dress and act. Think they would have made fun of the people about the way they dress at a basketball show?

Yes.

I've heard multiple dashiki jokes dropped by both of them in the past.

Shots fired at me. I was at the golf show and walked by their booth.

Just listened to this. Pretty good. The Spiegel secret bad guy stuff was great.
