When Terry still cared, before he got old and sick, B&B was a solid show. As time went on, Terry got old and Dan's nature won out. Dan was good as the straight man for the outrageous partner.

As the headliner, Bernsie doesn't really play well with a partner...especially a less experienced partner who has to take their cues from Dan and who might be timid about calling him out or showing a strong personality. Bernsie basically crushed Goff. He steered Jason down the SJW path and doomed him. Listening to Bernsie and McDoink, I here the same pattern already developing. Connor seems overly agreeable and falls in line with whatever Bernsie is selling.

I think Bernstein should have his own show. A show where he can discuss sports, injuries, food, politics, whatever, with his own personal slant. That show would not belong on the Score between 5am and 6pm...maybe not on the Score at all.

That absolves the partners too much. They are grown men in a major radio market. They're not forced to conform.

Agreed with Leash, and if anything, a lot of the online social justice stuff was probably coming from the junior partner.

They're not just "grown men". They're "GROWN ASS MEN". Big difference.

Rozner seemed to do ok when he filled in, but I agree that Dan overwhelms his partners.

A Bernstein/Dan Proft political show would be an interesting listen.... for a short while anyway.

But 6 or 7 years ago I did describe Bernstein as a radio cult leader. And he does get his radio boys when they are young and naive.

Hey Shepkowski, spit out the kool aid!!!!

That's the nice thing about Parkins. He's a Mac disciple. He doesn't give a shit.
