Really have not listened to the new show because of its odd time, but was in the car today at around 1030 or so. Turn it on and I hear Dan(you could copy and paste Penn State) talking about Ohio State wrestling coach.

I thought okay, will wait for next segment, see how it goes, and Dan going on and on again about this.

Everyone gets it, it is bad. Just like poverty, any form of abuse, etc. is bad, Everyone gets it and knows it. Its the amount of time spent on it I had to turn off.

There is no hate listen anymore for there would be times of funny comedic bits Dan would do with Terry.

I could be in the minority and maybe this moves the dial, but does this sell? Do people really turn on a sports show to listen to segment after segment on something everyone agrees with is bad?

The Julie DiCaro thread is over 600 pages so I’m guessing ....yes?

Yeah, I heard the magic phrase and it became Pandora time.

When I turned on the show at 11:40ish they were talking about Damien Lillard and NBA free agency. Love out-of-town NBA basketball during the summer!!

It's the phrase that pays...for other stations.

It’s bad. McKnight makes it worse. Dan needs a strong differing opinion. McKnight just wants to lick Dan’s b-hole.

I find the shortened version to make any reference much funnier.

Dan needs someone with more clout. Doubt you will get a 2004ish Terry Boers again.

While listening to the podcasts, I had to turn that shit off too. Sounds like a messy situation at OSU but I sure don't want to listen to a discussion about it. Why do they think Chicago listeners want to delve into the specifics of that story? Haven't they learned? I turned off that hour of the show, listened to the 1st hour, and then went to the afternoon show.

Because it falls under SJW radio, and about 3 regular weekday hosts love that shit.

Agree 100%. Zero interest in this story. No problem them bringing it up and letting the story be told, but to drag on and on. PSU is what turned me off of Boers and Bernstein. Everyone agrees what happened there was awful. Sick, horrible people did really bad things. But months and months of coverage for a Chicago sports radio station?

I follow all the score personalities(minus Julie, just way too many tweets) and Dan is just such wasted talent its sad. I honestly thought at the height of Boers and Bernstein he would be national. He was very talented and witty.

That the SJW started and now he is no different than any other twitter user retweeting VOXX or Slate. I would say the same if he was a far right wing who dragged on stuff like a Sean Hannity and retweeted Breitbart.

Really just kinda sucks.

I still think Bernstein can be good, for McKnight, I would never call someone worthless for that is pretty mean, but he adds zero value to the show. Unlike Parkins who is a kid, parkins has actual talent.
