I don't see how they could do that for contracted employees. Even if they said, "take it or else", they would still have to pay the contract on that "or else" scenario.

Maybe it works differently for someone with a contract deal. I just know I read that anyone making over $50,000/year is taking a 10-20% paycut.

remember when he told longtime associates Goff and drinky that he wouldn't be doing anything to help them in their careers?

I would be stunned, like Art Petacque, if Connor ever worked for the Score again.

Agree. 2nd time being sent away, and shitty at his job. Peace out.

He wasn't fired the first time, he left on his own to go to 87.7 and have a regular hosting shift. I don't know where he was in between the death of The Game and the Sox moving to 890. WGN? Was he on Dahl's show? Who knows?

McDoink seems like the type of guy that will always get some sort of bullshit sports media job. People in power seem to like him for some reason. He'll find some shit to do.

Bernstein was the first one to like him. That SCORE contest was rigged cuz Bernstein decided he liked Doink.

Potential Ofman replacement when he retires from WBBM.

He's got no kids and made pretty good money for a couple of years at the SCORE. He'll be fine.

Rick Camp is the poor bastard in this situation.

And I don't get that one. Cuz every show has a sound guy and the guy that answers the phones. That's the two producers. That's pretty much what each of them do. Zawawaski was the guy that answered the phones for Bernstein and McNight. He got to stay.

Rick Camp was the sound guy.

But then I heard Bernstein say they had another producer that replaced Rick. So why not just keep Rick? Obviously this new guy is cheaper. He's 20k where Rick was 40k. Something like that.

But they were told to unload a certain amount of money and Rick Camp got them to that amount I guess.

I didn't hear the show, but maybe they moved a producer from one of the other stations?

Yeah. But they still have to pay him. Ok. Maybe 20k is the difference. Maybe it could have been the orders. Get to a certain number. But it seems like they could have survived that low money. I understand McDoink. He's probably 150k or so.

Mac said they also let go of long time sales guys at the station.

Bernstein mentioned earlier this week that his sister was recovering from Covid-19.

I'm going to guess that they will have two board ops during the day rather than three going forward.

Seems a bit odd to bother posting this without the link.

Couldn’t get thru the first minute.

I want to like the guy, but I can’t get past his speech patterns. All jokes aside, he needs to consult some kind of coach and genuinely attempt to improve in this area or, in my opinion, he’s cooked.

And turning off the comments? Might as well have titled the video “I’m thin skinned & dont want my channel to grow.”

1000 to 216 to 47.

The descending amount of views for his Youtube vignettes over the last month.

I just tried to watch last two. The most recent one I turned off after 1:45 and the one before that I turned off when I saw that his younger brother looks like the guy from the "Pajama Boy" HealthCare.gov ad but with, of course, mustache.

Also, no one calls it The Tam. It's Tam or Tam O'Shanter.

He was always anti golf to the point of fishing in the pond at the Score golf outings. Still, even as a late beginner, Tam doesn't kick anyone's ass. I should know as I am horrible and it doesn't kick my ass.
