The twitch chat is something to behold for all shows. Its a fun intersection of terrestrial sports talk fandom and a newly minted army of video game enthusiasts that found the score by accident. Compounded by plenty of weirdos don't understand they are a fraction of the listening audience and a moderating group of woke twenty somethings who think they are making a difference by softbanning those who fall out of the accepted groupthink. It is a truly miserable place but it is the only way to dunk on the bullshit this station spews out in real time. I am sure i will be banned in the near future and i implore you all to join me.

So many people are using the zoom excuse for why there is so much dead air between leila and dan. All the other shows use the same equipment. Could it be because she is struggling to find something to say, while being unable to contribute an original thought? No thats sexist.

She's hot and sounds like a nice person, but....she has those awkward pauses, rambles through a question and doesn't really know what she's talking about. She's just a casual sports fan who we're supposed to think is an expert because she's hosting. Bernstein must cringe at what she's about to say. Again, she seems like a solid person, but she's a side-kick. The show would almost be better if they stopped pretending she was a partner on the show.

I'm not looking for experts. But if you're not going to be an expert in a particular sport even, BE ENTERTAINING.

Start with a bad haircut and ill fitting clothes. There is a good Hong Kong Indian (yeah, seriously) tailor out of Orange County who is at the Palmer House four times a year doing custom work. He could make Dan a couple of nice shirts at about $150/pop for times like this, and they wouldn't have to look like dress shirts Dan bought at Syms when Sy was still alive.
