a new show bit Use a quote from Dan Bernstein about either Kevin Warren or Julian Green but do not tell the participant of whom Dan is speaking. $500 in wine from the no label place who blends the dregs of good wine into a concoction Dan used to promote for anyone who guesses correctly. What was the last corporate overlord hire among the chicago teams for which Dan did not have full throated applause. I don't mean underlings like GM and coaches. |

Kenny's been there for longer than Dan's career has existed. Dan would have genuflected at the Stanford degree when the hire took place. Zero doubt in my mind about that. |

He's blown everyone the Bears have hired in the past 15 years. I don't remember his views on Angelo/Lovie, Paxson, or Lou Piniella. He hadn't evolved into this character that Kap stole. |
