26 years...shows that if you suck enough ass, they'll keep you around no matter how unlistenable you are.

If he were great at everything he does he wouldn't have been at WSCR for 26 years.

I'll be the person to remind everyone that Mitch Rosen, the guy who made the tweet and who is Sir's boss, was previously Sir's agent for which he was paid a good percentage for negotiating Sir's multi million dollar deal.

When Sir feigns his outrage at various Chicago corruptions, it's important to remember that he also has a career aided by corruption.

Sir is the Score's, Milton from Office Space. He'd still keep coming to work if they stopped paying him. His entire identity is built around the station.

See, dan likes to make money, while lawrence is more like a local weatherman that is happy to be employed. we love you larry. thank you for all the free work.

I’ve heard good dolphin say a few times that Mitch was Larry’s agent in his early career. That makes no sense to me. He was a producer then a part time host for the first half of his career. So what? 50k? 60k tops? Why would you want an agent to take any of that? Goff and drinks were similar without agents. Do guys like grote and Gabe Ramirez get agents to negotiate modest salaries that they could do without giving some one 5%.

In other words I don’t think it’s true that Mitch was Larry’s agent.

Move from the thinking to the knowing.

Remember when Goff negotiated his own contract and then bragged about the iron clad terms when things started to go south only to find that the could terminate him at any time with 30 days notice?

Fine. Then I’m pretty sure Mitch did it for free. I could see Larry wanting the agent thing cuz he thought it made him look big time. But the contract couldn’t have been complicated when he started. And he wasn’t gonna say no at that point to their final offer. Like I said, he was a part timer. So it was a 50k offer and Mitch got him 51k. Deal was negotiated in 10 minutes. Free of charge by the great mitch.

Does Larry have an agent now?

And remember, he DID NOT wear a suit on his Score Anniversary to celebrate or call attention to himself. He's going to cover the Chicago Sky where everyone will dress formally as they always do.

You don't show up to someone's office so everyone can see YOUR $5,000 suit.

Larry regularly plays the self righteous moral superiority card scolding "House of Larry" podcast listeners for not supporting his and other affiliated woke podcasts. A cash donation would be a start on the path to "spiritual cleansing".

I have not checked his podcast. I have thought it is a little odd to have one when you have a talk show several hours a day to get out what is important. Anyway, the House of L always sounded to me like some sort of fashion thing.

You must be coming up on the near 20th anniversary of FF's buddy jerking off in his socks at your house. Any festivities planned?

Yeah we're gonna sit in the molestation recliner and see what comes up.
