Because if so, right off the top of my head I can give you the Coyotes (coming off their best season ever and the league is struggling to sell the team), the Panthers (made the playoffs for the first time since 2000 and can easily lose momentum in a crowded and fair-weather Miami, especially vis-a-vis the Heat), the Islanders (subsisting entirely off their local TV rights fee), and the Blue Jackets (serious cashflow problems and a terrible team).

The Blackhawks will be hurt by the lockout, of course, but to say they're more vulnerable than numerous NHL franchises hanging on for dear life is the mere wishcasting of a Bulls fan who doesn't want anything to interfere with the Bulls.
