Anyone know what happened at the ASG with Les?

Send this to B&B. Now this is something that would probably be very entertaining.

That was the thing where he gave Julie Sweica's press pass to someone, right?

I'm not sure I should ask, but is that a euphemism?

No. Like I said after the coffee call, everything involving Les Grobstein is to be taken at exactly face value.

The better question is why didn't anyone call Les this morning and get his thoughts.

Les certainly has his perculiarities but I think it is shitty to trash his name like that. You can talk about his bad hygene and his meal mooching but he ASG thing was just an unfortunate set of circumstances that hurt no one.

My brother's father in law used to get us into the press box for games back in the day. I've seen these ink stained wretches were they live and mouth breath. You know when Melissa Isaacson is the hot one in the group that you aren't dealing with the beautiful people. They used to line up by the 2 minute warning of the first half to gobble up the free Hecky's at halftime. Most of them sat around grab assing and barel watching the game.

Had Les pulled the ASG thing post 2001 he would have been arrested.
