I'll be shocked if Ozzie and his big mouth lands another job, whether it's filling out another lineup card or becoming a TV analyst with any of MLB's broadcast partners. He's got no one to blame but himself for the disaster in Miami. I don't want to hear a single peep from Guillen.

I believe the thought is that Chairman Reinsdorf will find a spot for him. I am guessing Loria changed all the locks on the doors after ushering Ozzie out.

Well, in fairness, Ozzie managing to get fired in one year, with his guaranteed contract covered by the huge amount of money put forth by Miami-Dade County, is kind of a story. It's not like they're talking White Sox attendance.

As for him getting another job, no, never again, not with any team that isn't owned by Jerry Reinsdorf.

Terry just said the Marlins looked like "a perfect fit." WHAT? Mr. Baseball should know by now that the Marlins are a soulless machine that brooks no dissent or controversy. You have Loria, Beinfest, and Samson, who only like and trust their own people. Girardi was not their people. Ozzie was definitely not.
