Expect some baiting today, boys. I'm not as clever as CH, so he will be in shortly to drop a preview.

Good call, based on this tweet last night no doubt designed to awake the meatballs.

Whoa there, fella. Get it straight: NBA fans are never racist. People who don't love the NBA are racist.

I know Bernstein is trying to race bait with this tactic. He's been doing it for years. It actually makes Bernstein feel good about himself and it's a cover for him being a racist.

Logically, however, it doesn't make sense.

A lot of these racist basketball fans are also football fans. The NFL is majority black. How come these people only hate NBA black people? Cuz I never hear him call NFL white fans racist. Only when it comes to the NBA.

Bernstein:

Beardown: Yeah. I thought so.

That piece of BD's statement is something I have always believed. He is so obsessed with race that I can only conclude he is a racist.

With Goff gone, Bernstein will now go through life without talking to a single black person. Unless you count the 5 minutes per day where Larry verbally filates him. I don't count that. That transition always makes me uncomfortable and sad for Larry.

Veiled NFL racism is the best:
Athletic black guy: freak, beast, pretty much any adjective short of calling them a silverback
Fast white guy: Deceptive speed
White DE: high-motor
White receiver: scrappy, crafty
Black head coach: "real class act"

Shamelessly stolen from The League

I figured/thought that undersized black guys were called crafty, while white guys were called scrappy. You know, because of thinly veiled racism.

Somebody will flip the script on you every so often. I feel like Steve Smith gets called "scrappy" a lot, which basically just means he's an asshole.

It is officially a bit to get you stirred up. You are to WSOX attendance as Beardown is to race relations.

Ethan Skolnick coming on to talk about how awesome the Heat are. Should be good radio.

Terry acting like he's getting a reprieve from his hectic schedule of checking emails with the CBS servers being down.

WTF is this taped ZZ? Did someone on B&B piss on his cornflakes too?

Edit: Nice tidbit tho- Cutler is 19-1 with Bears when leading after the first quarter.

Here's the Wednesday Game Plan:

*2P: Palm Beach Post's Ethan Skolnick-Who's the Second Best Team in the East Behind the Heat?
*4P: Tribune Bulls' Writer K.C. Johnson-Life Without D.Rose Officially Tips Tonight vs. the Kings
*TBA: The SCORE/WBBM Newsradio/Bears Radio Network's Zach Zaidman-"Jay Day" in Lake Forest
*5P: The SCORE/PFW/Dial Global Sports' Hub Arkush-Scoreheads' NFL Questions; Hub Has Answers

"Scoreboard Updates": Chris Rongey

Terry's "two favorite words", Laurence Holmes, follows @ 6P for another "full boat show", complete with "Hater Wednesday" come 9P. The voice of the Kane County Cougars, Wayne Randazzo, not only has "Scoreboard Updates" on the Holmes show this eve, but he'll also host the latenight SCORE starting @ 10P. "SCORE Overnight" with Les Grobstein & Adam Harris follows @ Midnight this eve.

Well, it's the usual Wednesday Q&A segment, complete with that one caller who always asks about the San Diego Chargers and says "Great show, Hub." I think it's Frank from Oak Park...

The taped ZZ segment usually airs before the 12:30P "Scoreboard Update".

That reminds me. With all due respect to Connor McKnight, Matt Abbatacola, Wayne Randazzo & Matt Rodewald, who have all done updates lately on Mac's show...

When is Kerry Sayers doing "Scoreboards" on the Mac show again? She had her baby over the summer...What's the deal?
