It's not easy to get me to crack up laughing. But when Bernstein said this about the Colts coach I lost it pretty good. I think it was how he said it as well as the stunned reaction by Mac and Spiegel. I was just watching a show about a cancer patient and I cracked up laughing again thinking about what Bernstein said. That's why I'm posting it now.

Not laughing at cancer patients. But I'm with Bernsetin, it's the stupidity of how people react to cancer patients.

This is basically how it went down which had me LMAO

Bernstein: I hope the Patriots beat the Colts so it will prove that Cancer coaches don't win games.

Spiegel:

Bernstein: CANCER PATIENTS ARE NOT MASCOTS!!!!!

Mac:

Spiegel:

Beardown:

It really bothers you that I start new threads. You're one of those types. You like structure. You hate change. You want order. You believe that all discussion of B&B should be under the "Show thread". Any departure to that system bothers you, doesn't it?

Well, I'm a rebel. I start new threads if it strikes me. Everything doesn't always have to be in the boring "Show thread". I like to spice things up. I don't read all of them anyway. Especially if they're long. I think it's OK to start new B&B threads if a theme or topic deserves it. Hitler wanted uniformity, strict rules and no deviance. He wanted everybody to be the same. Look how that turned out.

The thing you don't realize, Beardown is that you're not bringing any new insight by starting a new thread about a one week-old topic that was discussed here in depth last week. What don't you understand about that?

I'm trying to help Bigfan keep the site running by cutting down on redundant threads.

But your need for attention trumps that I guess.

Beardown is the worst, no doubt. Cannot comprehend that people talk about daily show happenings in the daily show thread. Wait, yes he can, he's simply got some disorder where he needs to hit the NEW TOPIC button so he can warm over an old topic with smilies and f'd out thoughts. He wants the posts that rip him for doing so, its like so much fuel for his special moped through life.

Is there a medical term for "New Topic Disorder". Or is it just called "New Topic Disorder"?

You should've started a new thread for that brilliant thought.

Clown.

I guess bernstein and Beardown never saw Something For Joey. Cancer patients are great mascots and they drive teams to championships. #NULacrosse

It features Joe Paterno and children in a Penn State locker room.

You can say that about any poster here really. Unless you fly under the radar, everybody's gonna say something about you...good or bad.

And good morning SomeGuy. Hope you had a great holiday.

Hey, buddy. Good to be back in the U.S. I spent my Thanksgiving drinking room temperature oak cask pale ale and eating traditional English food. Nothing rings in one of America's greatest holidays like fried cod and french fries.

How was yours? I bet it was wonderful. Did you give thanks to BernSTINE and toast to the portrait you have of him in your dinning room?

I'm just joking of course!

To support Colts coach Chuck Pagano and his battle with leukemia -- reportedly, he's winning that fight -- a Colts cheerleader named Megan M. agreed to shave her head if the team raised $10,000 for leukemia research.

According to the Colts, fans donated $22,670, and on Sunday, Megan and one of her compatriots followed through on her promise, getting their hair taken off during the third quarter of the Colts win vs. the Bills.

I believe Berns will try to focus on the donation and not the coach's support angle.

"You get your bumps and bruises and it's a terrific battle out there on the football field. But for me it's only on Saturday and it's in the fall. For Joseph, it's all year round and it's a battle that's unending, and he puts up with much more than I'll ever put up with. This trophy is more of his than it is mine."

I really hate it when I am at a movie and they run a plea for funds for St. Jude's using a bald kid as a prop for their commercialism.

So does Terry actually know the rule, or is he just speculating? Something tells me it's 10000% the latter.

We should have a board mascot. I doubt we could all agree on one.

It could be you. Everybody would be fine with that. But we get to pick your outfits.
