It's a very unsophisticated movie, but it's not for unsophisticated people, if that makes any sense. The people I know who love Airplane! aren't the people who love The King of Queens, but then again I haven't asked jimmypasta "hospital? what is it?" lately.

I don't know. I just hate that type of humor. It's just too fucking silly. I tried to watch Angie Tribeca. I could probably watch Rashida Jones stand around grunting for a few hours, but I just couldn't watch that shit.

Some of the gags didn't age well but it's a fantastic movie.

Well, it's intentionally unsophisticated. Sometimes you need to be in the mood for it--when it does hit you in the G-spot, it will make you laugh for hours. No marijuana cigarettes or shrooms needed.

I agree with you on "Mary", but while I enjoyed some of the others on the first watch, I've never been interested to really watch any of the others a second time.
