No way CSN should have let him go on camera looking like that. Networks pay people to take care of makeup & hair. Someone should have taken one look at Grote & said, "whoa, we need makeup & hair over here now".

I've been in that studio and they keep it ridiculously cold so it's hard not to focus. Looks a little spaced out but he does work abnormal hours. From the Bulls clip, he made the most sense out of the three.

Yeah. I heard him this morning.

Well, I guess Mitch and Gleason are taking the "See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil" approach on this one.

In their defense, what are they gonna do? He wasn't on the Score or on Cubs pre game. He was at CSN.

Do they approach him and say "Hey, uhhhhh, Mark, saw you on CSN...ummm"
