south side Irish Sox fan during a 7-2 start to a season and all he can talk about is the Cubs. Hanley is more even handed in his coverage. It kind of reminds me of the days of Murph and Fred when they painted it as a Cub and Sox fan but Fred would kowtow to Murph. |

The Sox are 7-2 and his take on it this morning with Gammons was that "they aren't scoring". Even in the case of Reinsdorf whose kids grow up on the show as Cub fans, do you just then say "OK, now we are ONLY Sox fans"...ehhh Same thing with the GM, the guy loves Baseball, attended tons of Cubs game vai the Linden El and under Big Fans guidance avoiding the dangers of the 421 bus down Wilmette Ave... Sorry, just dont believe the "OK, now I am just a Sox fan" Sorry, not buying it |

Ron Coomer in studio today giving you unbiased opinions on the Cubs I can see why Cubs fan's opinions are so unconnected to reality when the "professional" analysis they receive is as disconnected as well |
