For the record, Carmen & Silvy were the participants on "Rant & Rave", which used to be sponsored by ESPN Radio 1000 and is now sponsored by The Tilted Kilt. As for Laurence Holmes, he hosted "Sports Sunday" solo from NBC5's sparkling new-look studio that was unveiled for the bulk of their newscasts. He hosted solo because Mike Adamle wasn't there and that Peggy Kusinski was nowhere to be found either...

I also turned this show on today for the first time since last baseball season. Just weird and kind of lifeless. Jurko needs more prodding. Carmen is very ESPNy, as in bland, lame, cheesy, sackless, asexual, dull, vapid, and scripted.

I miss MJH. That was a great show from about 2001-04. I didn't mind Harry. Mackeyfish wanted to work. Jurko wasn't in a diabetic coma. Jeromey the Homey stimulated my ear drums.
