The Celtics & Knicks are more rivals to the Heat than the Bulls. Boston's Paul Pierce talked tough about the Heat before they became part of Miami's 27 game win streak last week. Besides, LeBron & company took Derrick and the Bulls to school in the Eastern Conference Finals two years ago.

By the way, didn't Boston Globe columnist & ESPN "Sports Reporter" Bob Ryan bring up the whole hammer & nail in discussing the Yankees & Red Sox for the longest time? Ryan didn't think much of the Yankees & Sox for many years...

From a Heat perspective, it's not the rivalry it could've been before Derrick Rose tore his ACL. I've heard Miami Heat reporters such as the Palm Beach Post's Ethan Skolnick & SUN Sports' Jason Jackson previously tell various hosts that Miami players don't fear the Bulls. From a national standpoint, Heat/Bulls isn't a rivalry either.

I would like to think of Heat/Bulls as a rivalry. Not me. The Pacers are more of a rival than the Heat to the Bulls. The Bulls also get psyched to play the Knicks, too. I said it before and I'll say it again. The Knicks can be had come playoff time.
