This sounds like a thinly veiled excuse to make Corporate sponsored Gay jokes.

I really would like to know what celebrities are planning on showing up to this thing. Will it even be on tv? This could be the worst thing ESPN has done since that Dale Earnhart movie.

Rick, I'm completely with you on this. Anything else we need to do to balloon Greenie's head? Please. I bet Sean Salisbury is the only guy who has RSVP'ed so far. * years on the show and that gets the a Roast in Vegas? Come on...

Oh wow.

Here is the lineup.

http://stations.espn.go.com/stations/1050espnradio/story?id=mm_roast1

Roast Master: Jeff Ross
-Does this guy have any other job?

Hosts: Trey Wingo and Mark Schlereth
-Trey Wingo is worth the price of admission for this thing

Roasters: Nick Bakay
-I guess ESPN has to find something for him to do. He was funny once, and by once I mean one time in my recollection.

Charlie Weis
-Hopefully he can show everyone the four Super Bowl rings and talk about how great his offense gameplan is

Dick Vitale
-He won't be able to make it. He can't talk right now.

Dennis Leary
-The biggest star of this whole thing and he's a has been comic and a decent cable actor

Frank Caliendo
-I like Frank, but this is a recipe for disaster

Looks like this won't be on tv, and we are lucky for it.

The Dan Patrick roast a few years back wasn't on t.v. either.

Jason, this is one of the very few things you and I disagree on when it comes to radio. Well, that and Dan Patrick....man, you really do enjoy all that Bristol crap? Mike and Mike haven't even gone ten years doing the same show. This is way premature and a huge circle jerk by the network.

well, maybe they know they won't make it 10 years so they are doing it now

It's not that I love all the Bristol crap, I just don't like the alternatives.....
