If the bidding stays under $120,000 I'll have enough left over to invite Scarlett Johansen to opening day.

The minimum bid is $84k but it goes in $1 increments? That's idiotic.

Better hurry!

Bid increments should be $250 or $500 at least.

Seriously, this sounds like a reality TV show. Just think, video from the bleachers & bars during last season...then the auction...now the Cubbie WS appearance 8)

It would be a interesting investment because the Cubs will be good and seats will be in high demand all year

Seats are in high demand no matter what the Cub record is.

That's not true. The public love affair almost reached a tipping point just before Mc Phail was fired.

This is pretty scarey though. Are these seats a different color? Easily identifiable? Wider? I bet not. So how do we know wexactly what seats these are? How do we know that when new season tickets becomae available that the club will not include them in future auctions rather than go to the people on the waiting list?

Great idea by the Cubs to generate huge bucks for great seats though. Gouge, gouge, gouge..

The price of being a Cubs fan just goes up & up & up.

Maybe they are different, but I have sat front row at Wrigley. There was less leg room and your knees scraped the brick wall.
