Soto is starting to come around, going to the right side.

The depth on this line up is terrific. The Cubs lead the league in runs and its not like their 4 and 5 hitters are having great years. Look at the last couple games, Reed Johnson, Edmonds, Soto, the bottom of the lineup is as dangerous as the middle.

Good to win the series, even though it wasn't the most crisply played series. I'm sure they were keeping Zambrano's pitch count down, so he will be as sharp as possible for the Cardinals series. Winning 6 of the last 7 against these division opponants is great. It was nice to see that Ben Sheets dropped his 2nd straight decision. It would be great if he would finish out the season poorly, as I had thought he and Sabbathia were going to get on a big roll, as both are free agents after the season. Maybe he is hurt again, but not so bad as to have to go on the DL? In any case, it's all good on Chicago's North side.
