Frank, is there like a 30 second span that the thought of the cubs doesnt run through your head?

If I recall correctly, Chris Young was traded for the 5 inning wonder wasnt he? Young had his 15 minutes last fall, he hasnt been much since then IMO.

Really need a drum roll/ rimshot emoticon here for cheap shots. Here's hoping that the Sox make the post season so you can remember something about your team this season instead of getting jollies from Cubs highlights of last season.

Its kinda curious though that FC makes the comment about Backe taking lessons from Lilly in keeping his emotions in chech, right after I had made the comments about Backe not keeping his emotions in check. Very unlikely that someone who has another on ignore, would use the identicle choice of words. Plus Frank has on several occassions chosen to ask who originated a post, that I had posted, just to try to prove to me/others that I was on his ignore list. The term the lady doth protest too much, comes to mind....

Guys, frank ain't a caricature or a character or a meatball or anything like that. He's a real guy like you guys. He loves his team, almost as much as he loves fuckin with Cubs fans. he has a place here doing that. Knock it off guys, he's all right.

I have no issues with Frank, but I do believe the cubs could be 161-0 and lose the last game, then win the world series, but he would focus on the one loss. With that being said, Frank is fine, just at times, I feel he is more concerned with the cubs losing then the white sox winning, but I am sure thats not right, it just feels like it.

Can't have it both ways. If he wants to stir up shit, I'm not mature enough to ignore it, I'll call it like I see it. Meatball theater. I should just ignore it, but I don't. Call it a character flaw... just below the level of fucking with another fandom for no good reason.

Besides, it isn't personal. I'm sure as hell not going to make jokes about Frank's music, weight or any other damn thing about him as a person. That's outta line imo. But if he wants to whack the blue beehive, expect to get stung.

Okay, that one was bad. It popped into my head.

Before I say anything, again, Frank is fine, but he does fuck with cub fans, thats fine, but when the table gets turned, then he needs to take it, instead of getting pissed off, which he has done in almost every post I have seen, they say "if you are going to dish it out, you better be able to take it" from what I have read, Frank has yet to master that. Again, I like Frank, this is just a observation on my part.

CUBS SUCK!!!1

I play bass too. As far as sound, what you hear online are just demos basically. It was more of a "lets record these and get them out to bars to start playing shows" rather than "we have to mix this and make it sound 'professional'"

your tagline kinda gives that one away, sport...as for the Cubs sucking, deep down inside you know they've got a pretty decent shot at making the World Series, but that's good bluster on your part. As far as gigs, I can get you a few too out in the sticks, but you'd have to come as far west as DeKalb...

Frank, if I asked you how the weather was, I am convinced you would start out by saying "cubs suck".

Frank, how are you doing "cubs suck, cubs suck, cubs suck, cubs suck"

Frank how did the sox do last night? "Cubs suck, cubs suck, they lost, cubs suck"

One day when you get married, instead of a "just married" sign on back of the limo, I am sure it will say..."cubs suck". But wouldnt it be funny if you married a Cub fan, dont say it cant happen either because I have seen it and you will be surprised how good the cubs are when you havent got any for awhile, in my case, White Sox. :thumright:

Have faith in the fact that a girl/woman with any sense with find a vast number of reasons for holding out on FC besides any baseball rooting interests.
