Any word on whether he had to sign the contract not to sell it (or to sell back to the Cubs for $1?) as all the other recipients did? Ironically, the players were exempt from that stipulation, but as the Bartman ring appears to be a player-level ring, I wonder.

I agree. I find that commercial in bad taste as well. You would think the REALLY SMART PEOPLE at the Cubs would know not to exploit a kid with cancer to sell tickets.

I thought it was always said that Rizzo goes to the children hospitals without cameras. Guess not.
