Maybe. Honestly I think it's just a reflection of how the game has changed. Strikeouts are just more accepted now. Mind you he never walked. That's a hellish spread between on base and batting average.

But yes. I loved him as s player. His jump throws from deep in the hole and him running the bases was just pure excitement for me growing up.

That was weird. Why did Almora just stand there after he couldn't make the catch. Just looked at the ground and didn't even make an attempt to go get the ball.
