If Darvish retires, I don't think the Cubs have to pay him. This is the outcome they need. He obviously doesn't have it in him. The 2 signings of Theo's this offseason is reason to fire someone. 180 million tied up into garbage. Really don't think the proper channels were taken for this signing.
