I tend to agree with Jorr about bating the best guy first. The issue comes from the fact the players are not robots and have been taught all of their life about how certain spots in the order have specific meanings. It can be hard to get guys over that from a mental perspective.

Shit eating grins is one of my favorite simple pleasures.

I think its pretty clear that he sits on certain pitches and when he guesses correctly he hits the shit out of the ball. They are almost always solo shots and seem to be in losses. He is an ideal playoff pinch hitter but with that many dongs and that many dollars he is going to play everyday. I think he will stat whore on bad teams. Good teams will ask him to do more and he can do no more than guess and hack.
