The Twitter handle is @DetBaseball so I'm sure its because he was catching heat in Detroit over a very ho hum season.

Early on in that vid, Cease throws a slider that would have hit a left handed batter and Baez swings at it. After watching that video I'm not sure why any pitcher would ever throw him anything thats not outside.
