wgn just flashed up a graphics Tallion broke a record today.

First pitcher to give up at least a run in the first inning in this last 7 outings since 1961!

--

and as I just typed this he gave up another bomb in the first. 6-0 and we got 8 more innings to go w/ this bum.

Taillon will have to keep starting with a big contract. Grandpa can't use his soft contact hits excuse with the bombs he gave up.

He gave up four to Houston last Monday. I was there. Should have been out of the inning with no runs.

Kap literally went in front of a dump to describe Jameson Taillon's Saturday performance (not the person). He would never do this in a million years to a POC Cub.

Elise Menaker saying Grandpa said this Cubs team (on 72 win pace) talks more baseball than any other team he's been around. He said the same thing about last year's 74 win team.

not a pat hughes fan but he's really good with JD today. Maybe JD keeps him on his toes unilke in radio where he's the boss and everyone kisses his ass.

great throw out by Susuki getting Castellanos at third.

You can't believe he's 145 now, do you? That's crazy. It probably hasn't been updated in a while.

Read my post again. It says "listed". Spiegel and his ITC guest were laughing about the unusualness of it that Garcia on the Royals is "listed" at even less..

I think those were the measurements when he was like 17 or signed and the cubs don't upgrade those until the player is a regular major leaguer or something like that. I think they were saying he's grown a couple inches and put on a ton of weight (Obviously).
