The season is less than 2 weeks done, you don't have a manager or a fucking team and all you want from me is my $10,353.28!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your 2011 Season Tickets: $9,244.00
Previous Deposits: $0
12% City Amusement Tax: $1,109.28
Total Balance Due: $10,353.28

This is for 2 Field Box Tickets

That's an average of what $65ish per game? Not bad considering some bleacher seats of the Marquee games are going to go for $70.

However for a team that has no history and no future that's CRAZY!!!!

Yeah, I'm not too happy the Sox have my money. What is the benefit in being a Sox season ticket holder? A guy that buys his ticket on game day sits in front of me and pays less. But I'm guessing it would be nearly impossible to get my cash back.

I know BF lives close to the park. I love the Cubs, but am happy to catch them on my 65-inch Mitsubishi. The money saved on Cub tickets goes into cable TV costs & home entertainment costs. The "friendly confines" expierience just ain't worth the hastle of traffic, parking, overpriced buffalo meat, etc.

I do split the tickets, but we have 4 seats and split them four ways.

This past year was by far the least number of games I have gone to since I was 16 years old. Which is really sad considering I live too close for comfort.

I do have an issue with what the team is going to do.

I dont see me sending them that kind of money to watch Tyler Colvin develop into the second coming of Mike Vail

Not even close. Usually Dec 1 and gave until end of Jan to make Payment.

Everything Ricketts does these days just smells of "I am not making enough money"

He is highly leveraged. Not a good sign asking for money this fast not to mention poor taste.

They billed us now....but BF failed to mention that the invoice is not due intil Jan 9th...and if he pays by check he gets an autographed #C ball (Colvin, Cashner and Castro)

As a side note my two tickets for 81 games is 6802 plus Daleys 12% 816.24 fpr a total of 7618.24 and they are Upper deck box 7th row and I am under cover year round ...yeah it gets a little cool (its called wear a jacket) in the spring nut when its 95 in July I am not getting fried by the sumer sun

Also the letter noted that Long time ticket manager Frank Maloney is retiring at the end of the year....internal prommotion...NOPE a guy from the Texas is talong over....the old timers are dropping like flies

I like my sun. trying to go Club Box for 2 seats instead of 4 Field Box. They have the Club Box Tickets, it's just what they want to sell.

When it becomes a hassle to watch the inferior product called Major League Baseball, folks find other things to do.
