The Ricketts version of tax money for stadium improvements is dead, per reports.

So now they need a plan B which they claim they don't have.

In case they don't know it yet, they need to hire a large real estate frim and start looking for other sites in the Burbs and start building the NEW CUBS PARK somewhere.

Glenview has a 34 Acre parcel right off 294.

it would make for great "theator" if the Ricketts were to start the process at looking elsewhere to build a new stadium.

The Landfill Cubs

Dodgers East. With a little digging they can build the stands right into the mound. Plus, the methane could be captured and used to pay for the light bill.

Or Dempster could use it for some really funny fart jokes.
