Seems a very elementry thing to keep him at #1.

I put that lineup assuming Soto gets his avg up to the 270ish mark and OBP around 350/360 which I think he will.

Obviously Pena is killing us, but you aren't doing him any favors putting him in front of Byrd. He needs consistent AB's and protected by Ram in the 4th spot is the best our lineup can do that makes at least some sense

Fair enough maybe he can get some fastballs to hit. But with Byrd hitting behind him he can work on taking walks from the cleanup spot and bunting against the shift for basehits :lol:
