bigfan- do the Cubs have prospects who are close to fill any of those spots? Colvin in right?

I keep hearing Rozner talk about bringing up kids and seeing what they have. He's talks about the mistake it was signing Pena. Who else are you going put there? Do average players in the minors come up to the big leagues and magically become stars? It's almost as if since Rozner doesn't see them play, they are not working at improving their game. If the Cubs had any prospects in AA or AAA that had major league talent wouldn't they be up here? What are the names? I don't study the Cubs farm system.

Cubs system loaded with guys who can fill spots and probably fill spots.

Best prospect Brett Jackson, CF, still down on the Farm, actually hit 2 more HR's last night. HAs 10 HR's, 14 SB's and a high OBP, this is just another reason to move Fukudome.

Anyone they think might play next year should get time BEFORE sept.

Former Cub Chris Archer actually shoved it up the Smokies asses last night. He hit the 2 hr's 2 nights ago. Last night he did go 3-4 in the loss though.

There's no way they buy out 3 years of Soriano's contract. They might do it in 2013, but there's no way chance they eat all that money.

If this were the case, you wouldn't have Doug Davis and Ramon Ortiz making starts, and Reed Johnson would probably not be on the team either.

Don't go putting Reed Cobb's name in the same sentance as Ortiz and Davis.

Will Shark be invited back? He has made major progress from the mess he used to be but still has control issues from time to time. I may actually consider taking him back if he comes cheaper than he did originally.
