Joe was the right man for the job early on, but this team is in the middle of its window of opportunity and cant continue to let this clown make decisions in the dugout. That said, Joe cant go up there and hit for these guys. The incredible droughts of hitting this season make it incredible to me that they managed to win 95 games.

So it happens.

But if Joe is launched, you are probably looking at David Ross as your next Cub manager.

Red Sox got rid of him last year and look at the offensive #'s they put up this year.
