I'm not sure about that. There's going to be teams in the market for power. San Fran, Boston, Seattle and St Louis to name a few and this is another weak free agent class. If one of those teams makes a strong offer I think they have to pull the trigger. Papa Bunt can hold Moncada and Jimenez's hand for another year.

Tanking is silly. It's not like Lew Alcindor is the first pick and the Sox are gonna be stuck with Neal Walk. But I have no problem with the Cubs losing- on purpose or otherwise. Good thing you're a fan of them.

2nd round of fantasy baseball playoffs and I actually grabbed big Timmy today. Finally letting him run a little and he's delivering. If he can be a consistent SB threat when on, makes his shite D a little more palatable.
