I know you're smart enough to realize that 2 things can be true at the same time.
He's not.

This is setting up to be a 1-0 final. I think the Sox only hope is if somebody cranks a two/three run HR.

An aside, I see the Royals advertising their Fountain Pass for $29.99 a month for the rest of the season. So I looked it up. Essentially you pay the 30 bucks, and you get a standing room only ticket sent to your phone thru the MLB Ballpark app a few hours before the game for every home game. You can transfer the ticket to somebody else, and once you're in the park you can stop at customer service to upgrade the SRO to an actual seat, based on availability.

Why in the world the bumbling White Sox do not offer something like this, I have no idea. Especially during these last two months when they are likely to be stagnant in the standings and kids return to school which will cause crowds to dwindle every further.

Lou Bob dogging it costs the Sox a baserunner.

Went to a Diamondbacks game last fall when visiting my son at school, so I'm on their email list. They do something similar, but I think it was a summer long pass. $99 maybe?

He's gotta protect those hammies!

Why did he hit a grounder to the right side anyway? It's like no one knows how to drive the ball anymore.

Squints Kelly sucks. If the White Sox didn't spend foolish money, they would be dangerous.

Looks like Joe Kelly's streak of scoreless appearances is coming to an end.

Its his culture. Why are you trying to fault him for it ? Welcome to having Javy Baez on your team.

So Kelly gets hurt- AGAIN. Hendricks and Graveman didn't throw yesterday in a close game, so lets bring in Jose Ruiz.

Damn LaRussa is right.

Hard to blame him. Home plate to the dugout is 45' and him and Grandal strikeout so much they're used to making that walk back to the bench. Its a shock to their system when they have to run a ball out or actually get on base.

I really hate Reinsdorf for what he has put me through as a fan for the last 40 years.

They should have owned this division that entire time with the comparative resources available to the teams. We always played for second place. Can't even do that now.

That’s a reasonably funny clip. But Caller Bob does not exhibit anger issues. He is merely the guy rubbing salt in yours wounds or trip wiring your house, and then doing the “ha ha” Simpsons’ character laugh when you are in pain.

I've always believed they were competing against the *checks notes* Guardians for the division. This doesn't help either way.

I've long thought (the last couple months) the Indians were better than their record. Because they were never getting swept, and playing good teams tough and not really losing series.

They are now starting to show that. They've pulled ahead of Minny.
