Whoever this fill in announcer is he's been great. His voice sort of sounds like Bennetti but he's way better. Excellent back and forth with Steve Stone.

12 LOB didn't help the cause. Moncada left a guy on 3rd twice and the bottom of 6 was a killer too.

Lotta love here for a guy who couldn't hit in the minors over the guy who can't hit in the majors. But whatever, either or doesn't mean a damn thing.

Collins has been bad behind the plate too.

I don't know that I agree with it, but the Sox clearly are ready to move on from Collins.

Given Kimbrel sucks too…

Kopech has to be the closer, no?

Beats me, man. We're in a bit of a pickle. Kopech is logical but he's wet behind the ears. NO ONE out there in the pen seems to have command of the easiest pitch there is, the fastball.

This is why I would never pay big money for relievers. You could have had Kopech closing all year and a bullpen full of Tepera and Bummer types without giving away Madrigal and paying for Hendriks and Kimbrel. How much worse would that be?

Billy Beane is smart enough to find the flashy guy, get his best years cheap, and then foist him on the White Sox where he sucks for big money.

On the other hand, if I'm a Yankee fan, I'm thinking my bullpen is worse than the White Sox.

It does make you appreciate how great that 2005 bullpen was. Just have to hope Liam Koch bounces back.

Even the all time great ‘05 team cycled through 3 closers.

I’d be fine just skipping Kimbrel’s turn and handing the ball to Kopech. If there’s one guy who’s looked consistently unhittable in that pen, it’s Kopech.

I'm trending that way too. Leave Kimbrel for the 8th. I think he'll be fine. Let Bummer, Crochet, and Hendricks fight out the high leverage situations before the 8th.

Gonna be another lost series.

3-0 might as well be 19-0.

"Ace" Lucas Giolito being lit up yet again. And he's already thrown 60 pitches through two innings.

No it isn't. This is a smoke and mirrors guy pitching.

Maybe the Sox could try starting a rally before there are 2 outs.
